9 Proven Ways to Be Unstoppable Right Now

Would you kill to wake up most days with the feeling you’re unstoppable? Would you be a happier person if you could walk through life with the confidence that you have the resources you need to make your dreams come true?

As women, we tend to wear many hats and play different roles. When life changes or circumstances get in the way of what we want to accomplish, it can be hard for us to reach our personal goals.

The question isn’t who is going to let me; it’s who is going to stop me.
— Ayn Rand

In 2012, I realized I wasn’t living a fulfilled life.  I was busy making professional moves that brought financial stability, but I knew I wanted more. I felt passionate about making my dent in the world but had no idea how to bring my ideas to fruition (where to start). Plus... I was scared to put myself out there.

After improving my mental and emotional health, I decided it was time to take a chance. I no longer wanted to hold myself back, so I werked hard to do activities to help me learn to shift my perspective. By changing how I thought about my life, I began to see the power in my story, experience, and passion to werk with women.

Once I started to find the positive in every situation and constantly werk to overcome negative thoughts,  I became a different me, a better me, an unstoppable me. This led to me taking control of the way I thought about my life, skills, etc. I could stop being stuck, and I opened up doors to create the life that I live today- A life full of happiness, opportunity, love, gratitude, and so much more.

If you’re curious to know what it takes to take your life to the next level, I got you. Here are 9 proven ways to become unstoppable right now!

Be true to YOU

Other people’s opinions of you should not become your opinion of who you are. Set your own standards, boundaries, goals, and expectations. You are responsible for yourself. Do things to make you happy. There will always be someone who doesn’t like what you’re doing, saying, etc., and guess what, they have the right to their own opinion. YOU CANNOT PLEASE EVERYONE.

Don’t be afraid of failure aka changing direction

When something doesn’t go your way, it can be a huge downer (especially if you’ve invested countless hours in trying to make something work). I LOVE this video where Oprah says there are no mistakes. Sometimes, you get taken off track, and that’s okay. She says, “failure is just that thing trying to move you in another direction.” That’s a powerful statement. Let it sink in, and then check the full video out here.

Compete with yourself instead of others

Comparing yourself to other people can have a negative impact on your mental health. It’s best practice to be happy for other people’s accomplishments and then do things to werk on becoming your best YOU.

Surround yourself with winners

The people you surround yourself with are crucial to you becoming the woman you want to be. When you surround yourself with supportive, like-minded women who genuinely care about you and are rooting for your success, you can feel uplifted.

Set clear goals

Goal setting can become more manageable when you create outcome-focused goals that align with your values, are stated in the positive, and follow the SMART method (specific, measurable, action-oriented, realistic, and have a deadline).

Forgive, but don’t forget the lessons you learned

The act of forgiveness is so liberating. Letting go of your past doesn’t mean you won’t still hurt, but that you choose to take the lessons you learned, not the feelings attached to the situation, into your future. Break free from your past by forgiving the people who have hurt you and start looking forward instead of backward.

Support others

Finding ways to support other people is very empowering because when you lift up others, you lift yourself. Find family, friends, and even strangers who need help and use your skills to make a difference. Sometimes it can be a simple smile or hug that can make someone’s day.

Keep It Simple

As we go through life, we can create stories that cause us to overcomplicate things that are meant to be simple. When we take out the complexities of life and just stick to the basics, stress can dissipate, and life can become more manageable.

Make time for yourself

This one is huge. When you take care of yourself, everything else starts to fall into place. Even just 10 minutes a day can benefit you but shoot for 30 minutes to an hour a day.

Alright, there you have it, 9 things you can do to be unstoppable. Which one of these resonates with you the most?
