Women’s Empowerment Summit

WerkCamp Experience

Women Who Werk creates women-first experiences that help disrupt inequitable systems by creating spaces where women are seen, heard, valued, and supported. With access to critical self-development resources and intentional community, women are supported in overcoming internal blocks while prioritizing happiness, healing, growth, and self-love.

At the heart of this work is the Self-Werk Method™, a transformational and results-driven framework that shapes how we teach, lead, and embody change. Rooted in self-care, self-discovery, reflection, shadow work, intentional action, and celebration, the method guides women from awareness to alignment, helping them trust themselves, honor their seasons, and lead from a place of clarity and peace.

Thousands of women have participated in our online, in-person, and experiential offerings grounded in the Self-Werk Pillars: acceptance, self-compassion, ownership, self-mastery, contribution, and legacy. By applying the Self-Werk Method™ across the lived areas of their lives, women build confidence, strengthen self-leadership, and create sustainable success.

Since 2015, Women Who Werk has supported thousands of women through more than 50 curated experiences, including three women’s empowerment summits. Our work has included partnerships with over 100 community organizations, coaches, and companies in the Austin area, including the City of Austin, Austin Community College, The Kendra Scott Women’s Entrepreneurial Leadership Institute, VMware, Bumble, Amazon Studios, Future Front Texas, AISD, Essence Magazine, and many others.
